The ‘wedding photography and film’ corner of the internet is full of polished faces… and then, when the morning arrives, a different face is holding the camera. Someone who got the brief late. Someone you have never spoken to.
Most weeks Shaun still gets messages from other companies hunting for anyone free to cover a wedding they have already taken on. Names, date, venue — all packed. Just no one actually ready to turn up. That is the quiet bit behind a lot of that polish.
We are not that version.
You get Shaun on the day — eyes, ears, edges of the room — present enough that when your dad’s voice catches, it makes your film, even if you were too busy at the time to clock it yourself.
And you get TJ in everything before and after. The plans. The advice. The logistics. The temperature check. She is the other half of the pair you have been talking to the whole time.
If we handed over your day to strangers, the whole point of booking us would disappear. So we don’t stack the year that high.
There will not be a “lead cinematographer” you only meet for the first time on the morning and there won’t be a surprise extra body pulled from a Facebook call-out made two days before. It will be Shaun there on your day — his familiar friendly face — and TJ before and after.
